Creamy Onion Soup with a Crunch

Comfort food elevated with crispy onions.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium onions (thinly sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Onicrust crispy fried onions

Method:

  1. Melt butter in a large pot, and sauté onions and garlic until softened and golden.
  2. Add vegetable or chicken stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Blend the soup until smooth, then stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with Onicrust crispy fried onions for an irresistible crunch.
