Ingredients:
- 2 cups basmati rice (soaked and cooked)
- 500g chicken or vegetables (marinated in yogurt and spices)
- 2 medium onions (sliced and caramelized)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin

Method:
- Heat ghee in a large pot, and cook marinated chicken or vegetables until tender. Set aside.
- In the same pot, layer half the cooked rice, followed by chicken or vegetables, and a sprinkle of Onicrust crispy fried onions.
- Repeat with the remaining rice and top with caramelized onions.
- Cover the pot and steam on low heat for 20 minutes.
